Umoe Schat-Harding Group is a global market leader in marine life-saving systems – lifeboats, davits and winches, all integrated in a total safety solution from the design of a vessel to the end of its lifetime.
Shipowners, ship operators and shipyards are our customers operating in the Cruise, Merchant and Offshore industries. The Group also own CleanHull, engaged in environmentally friendly underwater-cleaning and inspections of ships hull by a unique ROV technology.
Today Umoe Schat-Harding has a total of 900 employees worldwide. The Group operates in 12 countries with 17 offices and its service network consists of more than 60 world wide service stations. Its head office is located in Rosendal, Norway.
The Umoe Group took over the company in 1986.
