Jens Ulltveit-Moe
Jens Ulltveit-Moe (born 1942) is the Group’s President and Chief Executive Officer and, together with his family, he owns 99 per cent of the business. He has a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Colombia University. After completing his education, he worked for McKinsey in New York and London before becoming managing director of Asterix Shipping, a tankerowning company in London, in 1973. He was headhunted to the failing company Knut Knutsen OAS in 1980. In 1984, he established the company that is now called Umoe AS. That same year, shipping operations were resumed in Knutsen OAS Shipping, and in 1986 he acquired Harding Safety AS, which was in receivership. He has since been an active, long-term owner and developer of a number of companies. He plays an active role in Norwegian society and is a former president of both the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association and the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise. Ulltveit-Moe is the Chairman of the Board of Kverneland ASA.
Jarle Roth
Jarle Roth (born 1960) is the Deputy CEO of the Umoe Group. He is the chairman of the boards of Umoe Mandal, Umoe Schat-Harding, Umoe IKT, Umoe Catering and Sønnico Installasjon and a director of the Grieg Shipping Group, Kverneland, Aibel and Enova. He is also member of the FAFO Research Foundation’s advisory committee. Jarle Roth has held several leading positions in the Umoe Group and was the CEO of Unitor until this company was sold to Wilh. Wilhelmsen in 2005. Jarle Roth has a degree in naval architecture from MRIH and a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
Tom Ruud
Tom Ruud (born 1950) joined Umoe as Group CFO in September 2008. He is a former Group Executive Vice President Nordea, Group President and CEO of Kredittkassen and Group President and CEO of Aker Norcem Group. He is currently Chairman of the Board of NCSD AB, Umoe BioEnergy ASA, Csam Health and Supervisory Board of Norske Skog. Mr Ruud is also a Board Member of Total E&P Norway, Intex Resources, Euroclear. Tom Ruud is educated as a civil engineer from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU/NTH).
Inger Johanne Bergstøl
Inger Johanne Bergstøl (born 1954) is the HR Director of Umoe AS and is responsible for Group HR activities. She has also prime responsibility of the Group insurance programs and pension schemes. Mrs. Bergstøl has a M.A. Degree from the University in Oslo and a Master’s degree in IT/ business from Bond University (2002), Australia. Before joining the Group in 1996 she worked for Grøner AS as Chief Accountant for 8 years and has also 5 years of teaching experience. Prior to the role as HR director in Umoe she worked within financial- and project control in both in Umoe AS and subsidiaries. Mrs. Bergstøl is at present a Board member of Røyken Sentrumsutvikling AS, Storebrand Livsforsikring AS and Fafo.
Ole Petter Bjartnes
Ole Petter Bjartnes (born 1980) is a Director of Umoe AS. He is primarily focusing on information technology and services. Bjartnes is Board Member of Umoe IKT, Umoe Consulting and Tarantell. Prior to joining Umoe in 2009, Mr Bjartnes held several international management positions within corporate, sales and R&D working for Kverneland ASA, including a period of two years in the Netherlands. Bjartnes has Master's degree in Business and Administration from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), part of the degree was accomplished at Budapest University of Economic Science.

Knud Dalaker
Knud Dalaker (born 1967) is the Chief Accountant of Umoe. Mr Dalaker joined Umoe in 2000 and has held various positions in the accounting department of Umoe. Before joining Umoe, Knud Dalaker has worked as controller in Color Air/Color Group in the period from 1998 to 2000 and as auditor in Arthur Andersen & Co from 1992 to 1998. He is board member of most of Umoe’s real-estate companies and the Kagra Group. Mr Dalaker educational background is auditor from Handelhøyskolen BI and Certified Public Auditor from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Jørgen Fjeldstad
Jørgen Fjeldstad (born 1973) is the Chief Legal Counsel of Umoe AS and responsible for the provision of legal services to all entities of the Umoe Group. Prior to joining Umoe, Mr. Fjeldstad has held positions as an associate of the law firm BA-HR, advisor at the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, assistant judge at Larvik District Court, lawyer at the law firm Thommessen and senior lawyer at the law firm BA-HR. Mr. Fjeldstad holds a cand. jur. degree from the University of Oslo (1998) and is a licensed attorney.

Martin Fjell
Martin Fjell (born 1980) is a Director of Umoe AS. He is primarily focusing on the maritime industry and is member of the board of Umoe Schat-Harding Group, Umoe Mandal and Umoe Sterkoder. Prior to joining Umoe in 2008, Mr Fjell was Partner in Fondsfinans ASA and analyst in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley in London. Fjell has Master's degree in Business and administration from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
Morten Frogner
Morten Frogner (born 1967) is an executive vice president of Umoe with
responsibility for the Group’s real-estate management and development activities. He
is the chairman of most of Umoe’s real-estate companies. He is a Chairman of the Board of Umoe Alu Services and Director of Umoe
Catering, Umoe Mandal, Domstein ASA and Sønnico Installasjon. Frogner has a Master’s degree in Business and
Economics from the Norwegian School of Management BI and has previously been a
member of SND Invest’s management group, with responsibility for the seafood
sector, among other things. Frogner has also worked as an independent consultant.
Øystein M. Kalleklev
Øystein M. Kalleklev (born 1980) is the Chief Financial Officer of Umoe and is responsible for financing of the the Groups's activities as well as financial investments. Mr Kalleklev joined Umoe in 2006 as a Financial Analyst. Before joining Umoe, he worked as a consultant at Accenture. Øystein M. Kalleklev has a Bachelor degree in Business and Finance from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and a Master's degree in Business and administration from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Mr Kalleklev is a Board member of the Kagra Group, member of the nomination committee.of Intex Resources and managing director of Umoe Invest AS.

Ole Jacob Ræstad
Ole Jacob Ræstad (born 1956) is the Chief Financial Officer of Knutsen OAS
Shipping. He is the Group management member responsible for the Group’s
shipping activities. He has a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the
Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Before joining the
Group in 1984, he worked for Leif Høegh. For the first few years he was part of the
Knutsen Line’s management team in Japan and Australia. Since 1987, he has worked
for Knutsen OAS Shipping, dealing with projects and financing. He also has prime
responsibility for the Shipping Group’s foreign exchange and interest rate strategy.
Ragnhild Kierulf Ulltveit-Moe
Ragnhild Kierulf Ulltveit-Moe (born 1982) work as a sugar industry analyst. She has a combined Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen and Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and a Masters's degree from London School of Economics. Before joining Umoe she has been part of the United Nations Development Programme’s Economics Development Team in China. Ragnhild Kierulf Ulltveit-Moe is a Board member of Umoe.

Øystein Øyehaug
Øystein Øyehaug (born 1964) is the Managing Director of Umoe Solar. He joined Umoe in 2007. Øystein was founding managing partner of ABG Securities that later merged with Sundal Collier to ABG Sundal Collier, a Norwegian investment bank. He has been managing director of FIBA Nordic Securities, financial analyst at SPN Fonds and an insurance broker with Sev. Dahl. He has a lic.oec. degree in Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and holds a CEFA diploma from NHH. He is the Chairman of the board of Umoe Solar New Brunswick, Umoe Solar Canada, Fornebu Development Corporation and Fornebu Lumber Company.
